What a (needle) Prick!

Acupuncture is a well-established and increasingly accepted treatment procedure for pain, for emotional troubles, and for an ever increasing number of physical ailments. More and more traditional physicians are referring patients to acupuncture clinics for a certain set of problems that may be treated more effectively, and without the side effects of medication. Also, individuals may decide to use an acupuncture clinic as the first choice to heal a disease.

Acupuncture helped with the pain and numbness I experienced after a car accident in 1990. Find out all about Acupuncture and how it can relieve your pain at

Helping Siatica

Back Pain Relief: "You do not need to suffer needlessly and be dependent on drugs or even surgery as your last chance.

Would you be even remotely interested if I showed you a way that you could cure your back pain and or sciatica, and AVOID back surgery or 'popping' pills for relief?

Imagine getting up out of bed without that sharp back pain, stiffness or pain shooting down your leg the moment you stepped on it.

How would it feel to sit at your desk without that throbbing pain in your leg or that constant ache across your low back?

How great would it feel, not to have that painful stiff neck and constant tension headaches?

I know you are skeptical about these claims because you might have heard
them before.

I think that you would agree that the path you are going down and the
treatment options you have tried so far, has gotten you nowhere.

Deep down you know that your low back pain and sciatica will never stop
if they just keep treating you symptoms and never, go after the ROOT
CAUSE of your pain!"

Your pains

Pain is a feeling triggered in the nervous system. Pain may be sharp or dull. It may come and go, or it may be constant. You may feel pain in one area of your body, such as your back, abdomen or chest, or you may feel pain all over, such as when your muscles ache from the flu.
Pain can be helpful. Without pain, you might seriously hurt yourself without knowing it, or you might not realize you have a medical problem that needs treatment. Once you take care of the problem, pain usually goes away. However, sometimes pain goes on for weeks, months or even years. This is called chronic pain. Sometimes chronic pain is due to an ongoing cause, such as cancer or arthritis. Sometimes the cause is unknown.
Fortunately, there are many ways to treat pain. Treatment varies depending on the cause of pain. Pain relievers, acupuncture and sometimes surgery are helpfulTechnorati Profile

Losing weight can help relief a multitude of Pains, Your weight can cause pain add to the amount of pain you already have, rather it's joint or other pain.
Lets examine some options.

You Can't lose weight using low fat diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.'You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body.

Low carb Diets don't work either they're to restrictive and difficult to follow.

Weight wachers, and Jenny Craig plans slower results over a longer period and they involve special meals to buy.
What's the answer, to me it seems exercise, eating healthier foods in smaller portions and more time a day, drink plenty of water. works best for me

“Trigeminal Neuralgia Pain

Trigeminal Neuralgia Pain

(Trigeminal Neuralgia) is a pain that is described as among the most acute known to mankind. TN produces excruciating, of facial pain, typically near the nose, lips, eyes or ears.

(Trigeminal Neuralgia / tic douloureux) is a disorder of the fifth cranial (trigeminal) nerve that causes episodes of intense, stabbing, electric shock-like pain in the areas of the face where the branches of the nerve are distributed - lips, eyes, nose, scalp, forehead, upper jaw, and lower jaw. By many, it's called the "suicide disease".

"Just a few weeks from now you could be pain free, or at least know your next option and be 100% sure that there is always a hope and the right solution for you. There are few of you that will get almost instant relief with the simple, yet very powerful technique that my dad has used and my friend Chris swears by.

Did you hear that? Almost instantly. I know some people that have been Trigeminal Neuralgia victims for over 20 years. Remember, there is no promise that this technique (Zone Therapy) will work instantly for everyone. It did not work for my friend John that has atypical TN. But all other options presented in this product are giving him a big hope that the solution for him might be just the next one he is going to try.

Imagine being in control by knowing how to adjust your lifestyle. You can definitely do that and improve the quality of your life while exploring your options.

Imagine being able to live a pain free life again. Wouldn’t that be nice?"

The Neurological and Biochemical Basis for Pain

The Neurological and Biochemical Basis for Pain:
Pain is a reaction by the body to disease or injury. There are two types of pain:* Acute Pain, which usually starts suddenly and escalates in intensity very quickly. Often, this is due to a major injury or a life-threatening condition. This pain usually stays and gets worse until medical intervention, such as surgery or treatment of a severe injury."
* Chronic Pain, which is usually the type that people “live with”. This pain is due to a non-life threatening event such as a residual from an old injury. Pain episodes begin on a regular, sometimes daily basis, and continue until the pain reaches a certain level, which the afflicted individual learns to tolerate over time."

Each person along with their Doctors should make a Informed decision on which pain killer would best take care of an individual needs!
