NATURAL PAIN MANAGEMENT

The problem with most forms of western medicine is that they treat the symptom not the cause.  When the symptom goes away (i.e. pain) we tend to forget about what caused the pain in the first place.  Very often what we put into our bodies in the first place is the reason that we ultimately do not feel well or find ourselves in pain.

Recently I have been experiencing joint pain in my knees.  I have reasoned that it is do to a combination of aging and being overweight.  I can't do anything about the aging, but I can do something about the weight and am in the process of losing because I know how it affects so many other aspects of my life.  At the suggestion of my homeopath, I have also started mixing in some unflavored Knox gelatin to my drinks to help rebuild the material that holds my joints together and have found that it really does help.
